Fünftägiger Streik bei Wagon Pars/Arak

Quelle: Révolution en Iran, Wagon Pars ist der grösste Hersteller von Eisenbahnwagen im Nahen Osten, bei einer Protestaktion vor einigen Wochen hatten ArbeiterInnen dort LabourNet zufolge aus Protest gegen die Nichtauszahlung von Löhnen die Firmenkantine zerstört; den jetzigen Streik haben die ArbeiterInnen nach fünf Tagen und der Zusicherung einer Teilauszahlung des ausstehenden Lohnes vorerst abgebrochen.

„Après cinq jours de lutte, les ouvriers de l’usine Wagon Pars (à Arak) ont décidé de reprendre le travail le 25 août (3 shahrivar). Les travailleurs sont entrés en lutte pour exiger le paiement des salaires impayés. Par un sit-in aux portes de l’usine, ils ont empêché les directeurs d’entrer dans l’usine. Les intimidations et menaces de la direction n’ont pas fait céder les travailleurs. Ils ont finalement repris le travail après avoir reçu une petite part de l’argent qui leur est dû.“
